"Durable are easy and straightforward to deal with", is one of the many comments that Durable UK reported receiving in its annual customer satisfaction survey.
This was the second year that Durable UK had questioned its' customers about their perception of the service they receive and the 2006 results showed improvements across all key indicators. A full 100% reportedly found Durable friendly and helpful, always giving a quick satisfactory response to queries. Over 75% ranked Durable's service as better than other manufacturers with a similar proportion saying there were no significant areas for improvement.
Gary Jesson, VP Customer Operations commented: "Overall we are extremely pleased. It is great to see that the hard work put in by everyone in the company is producing the results that both our customers and we want and also that we are continuing to improve year on year.

The survey will be repeated in mid 2007.
