Durable UK has announced yet another award for its successful Computer Cleaning Week campaign which highlighted the perils of having dirty office equipment.
The office products manufacturer collected the Marketing and Communication Excellence Award at the annual Dorset Business Awards Ceremony, held on 6 December. Stewart Anderson, VP of Marketing, said: "Once again we are absolutely thrilled to have received further recognition for Computer Cleaning Week. It reinforces the success that we enjoyed for the campaign and is a great sense of achievement for the whole team involved.

Durable has been presented with the Manufacturer's Marketing Excellence Award at the Boss Industry awards held in London last week.

"Durable are easy and straightforward to deal with", is one of the many comments that Durable UK reported receiving in its annual customer satisfaction survey.
This was the second year that Durable UK had questioned its' customers about their perception of the service they receive and the 2006 results showed improvements across all key indicators. A full 100% reportedly found Durable friendly and helpful, always giving a quick satisfactory response to queries. Over 75% ranked Durable's service as better than other manufacturers with a similar proportion saying there were no significant areas for improvement.

The survey will be repeated in mid 2007.
